Ongoing Maintenance & Upkeep
It is our goal to provide and maintain safe recreational facilities and programs for our community and visitors. We maintain feature parks, picnic areas, playgrounds, and much more. Take a walk in a park, snap some photos from a gorgeous viewpoint, or spend the afternoon playing pickleball--the options are endless!
Facility Maintenance is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of city-owned buildings, structures, streetscape components, parks & open spaces. Facility building maintenance involves plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, painting, and other structural maintenance and repairs.
Other services performed include:
- Custodial and janitorial duties
- Energy conservation management
- Fire and elevator maintenance
- Pest control
Construction & Remodeling Services
We also provide reasonable levels of new construction and remodeling services. Many of our employees hold special certifications in various construction trades.
