City of Fort Pierce Announces 30-Day Public Review Period for PY 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
FORT PIERCE, FL – The City of Fort Pierce invites residents to review and provide feedback on the draft of the Program Year (PY) 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The CAPER provides a summary of accomplishments and expenditures from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, as part of the City’s commitment to enhancing the lives of low- and moderate-income households through HUD-funded initiatives. CDBG-funded activities cover housing rehabilitation, public services, economic development, and public improvements.
The draft PY 2023 CAPER will be available for public review from November 14, 2024, through December 13, 2024. Public Comment and Hearing Information
The City welcomes public comments on the CAPER until 4:00 PM on December 14, 2024. Comments may be submitted via:

A public hearing on the draft CAPER will take place during the City Commission meeting on December 16, 2024, at 5:05 PM in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 100 North U.S. Highway 1. The public can also view the hearing online via live stream at cityoffortpierce.com/356/Streaming-Video.
